Week Seventeen

Tuesday, November 25th, 2008

Madeline managed to push up on her arms for the first time (Nov. 17). She is getting stronger and can usually get up on her knees while on her tummy. Now if only her legs and arms would work together. She would be even more happy because she just wants to go somewhere so badly.

The Hazelwoods also came into town on Friday for the baptism. And then on Saturday, Andre’ and Jennifer went on their first date alone since Madeline’s birth.

A Huge Thank You!

Sunday, November 23rd, 2008

Thank you so much to everyone who made this day special for Madeline and for us. As Jennifer said at lunch, she will not remember this day, but we will. And she can look at the pictures and know that she is loved.

We appreciate all who joined us to watch as she was baptized and then ate lunch with us to celebrate her life and her baptism. This has been said many times, but it is so true – you mean so much to us and we know that you will come to mean so much to her.
