Vacation in Florida ~ Part Two
Tuesday, October 6th, 2009We spent Andre’s birthday at Hollywood Studios (used to be named MGM Studios). We decided it would have a few more shows catered to Madeline. We also knew there would be several opportunities to meet characters. Madeline greeted all of the characters by grabbing their noses and this continued throughout the trip. Some people shake hands, Madeline grabs noses.
Our time at the park was cut short because some ugly rain clouds were circling above and we did not want to get stuck in a storm. So, we headed back to our house. That evening the storm had passed and we decided it would be fun to take Madeline swimming in the private screened-in pool that came with the house.
While Jennifer cleaned up after dinner, Andre’ blew up Madeline’s pool float Mr. Turtle and Madeline went crazy. She crawled all over the turtle, squealed at him and carried him all over the house. She was also very happy to play with him in the pool.
