Week Ten
This week was a very busy week for us. On Sunday, we all went to church and then to the 3rd birthday party for cousin Abby Grace. It was a princess party and Madeline wanted to join the other princesses – who got to wear princess dresses – so she wore her 100% princess onesie. She seemed to enjoy watching the kids run around and she was amused by all the activity.
Later in the week we had visitors. Andre’s mom, dad, sister and brother came into town from Florida. It was Gramma, Grampa, and Heather’s first time seeing her since she was one week old. And it was Adam’s very first time to see her. If we were not keeping this website, I believe they all would have been in shock about how much she’s changed since they were last here. We spent Saturday running around the mall buying Madeline all the latest fall/winter fashions. We can’t wait to see her in her new clothes.
She is becoming very "talkative" and everyone will be in for a treat when the coos and giggles turn into words. She is doing quite well at saying "guh," "goo," and other little baby sounds. Her most active time is in the morning when she first wakes up. But if she is awake, she is making noise. She even makes noise in her sleep. The other night she let out a giggle while sound asleep.
